to and as they are aging there is need for information to help them age
well. Extension's educational programs can offer Oklahoma's older
population, and their family caregivers research-based information to help
older adults to remain independent: to understand health care benefits, to
cope with stresses and burdens of physical declines; and to maintain an
active lifestyle with good quality of life. |
