Divorcing and separating couples will benefit by learning techniques to transition into their new "co-parenting" lifestyle and by learning effective strategies to promote their children's healthy adjustment to their parents separation. This class also satisfies the court mandated requirement for divorcing/separating couples and those seeking custody, visitation or paternity of minor children in Oklahoma. $30.00 pre-registration required.

Description: 4-Hers and youth ages 9 or older learn and practice food preparation and food safety skills through hands-on activities in a food lab experience. Description: This program is designed to improve older adults' balance, reduce their chances of falling, and help them improve and maintain their mobility, functional independence, and quality of life well into their later years. This is one class in a series of 24. The class lasts for 12 weeks with two classes each week. Please call our office to register for this free class.

Description: This is a group fall prevention program that uses a unique combination of eight single forms that are derived from the traditional 24 form Yang-style Tai chi. All forms are arranged in a sequence that progresses from easy to more difficult and can be practiced separately or together.
