Profile of Expertise: I
graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2002 with my Bachelors of
Science in Nutritional Sciences with an emphasis in dietetics. I
completed my dietetic internship with Oklahoma State University in
2003 where I interned at a variety of places including St John Medical
Center and Saint Francis hospital, both located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
In 2004, I became a registered and
licensed dietitian and received my Masters degree in Nutritional
Sciences from OSU with emphasis in community nutrition.
Research for my MS degree focused on
the food security status and diet quality of Oklahoma CNEP
participants. This research introduced me to CNEP and fueled my desire
to work for the program and Cooperative Extension.
