Cool Turkey Salad (Serves 4)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cubed Granny Smith apples
- 1 cup halved grapes
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup cooked turkey, cubed (you can substitute
with chicken or tofu)
- 1/2 cup low-calorie cucumber ranch salad dressing
Preparation Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; stir gently to coat. Serve immediately or cover and
refrigerate until serving.
Approximate Nutrition Information Per Serving: 170 calories; 6 g total fat; 26 mg cholesterol; 11 g protein; 345
mg sodium
