Recipe for Week of October 15, 2001

Banana on a Stick (Yield: 4 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium bananas, cut in half
  • 4 popsicle sticks
  • 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 16 graham crackers, crushed

Preparation Instructions:

Push popsicle stick into the flat end of each banana half. Spread with yogurt and roll in crushed graham cracker crumbs.
