Cabbage and Beef Stew
(Makes 4 servings)
Preparation time: 40 minutes Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Preparation Instructions:
Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain well. Stir in
onion and saute. Add cabbage, tomato soup and water, salt and
pepper. Stir until mixed thoroughly. Simmer for about 25 minutes or
until cabbage is tender.
