Recipe for Week of January

Dump Fruit Salad (Makes six, 1 cup
servings)
Ingredients:
- 11 oz mandarin oranges canned in lite syrup (drained)
- 13.5 oz pineapple chunks canned in juice (drained, save liquid)
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 3 bananas (sliced)
- 2, 8oz. cartons lowfat vanilla yogurt
Preparation Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Cover and chill
in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Serve.
