Recipe for Week of January 14, 2002

Dump Fruit Salad (Makes six, 1 cup servings)

Ingredients:

  • 11 oz mandarin oranges canned in lite syrup (drained)
  • 13.5 oz pineapple chunks canned in juice (drained, save liquid)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 bananas (sliced)
  • 2, 8oz. cartons lowfat vanilla yogurt

Preparation Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Cover and chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes.  Serve.
