Recipe for Week of February 25, 2002

Hot Pineapple Salad Dessert (Makes 8 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drain & save juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 3 tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 c. grated lowfat sharp cheese

Preparation Instructions:

Combine pineapple and cheese. Mix sugar, flour, juice and margarine. Mix with pineapple and cheese. Pour into baking dish.Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
