Grandma's Fruit Salad (Makes 6-8
servings)
Ingredients:
- 6 apples
- 8 oz can pineapple tidbits canned in juice (reserve juice)
- 8 oz low fat vanilla or plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup raisins (optional)
Preparation Instructions:
Wash apples and cut into chunks.
Combine apple chunks, drained pineapple and raisins in a large
bowl.
Stir in yogurt and 1/4 cup of reserved pineapple juice.
Chill and serve.
