Recipe for Week of

Fun and Fruity Banana Split (Makes 2
servings)
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt or your favorite fruit flavored yogurt
- 1/2 cup fruit cocktail canned in xtra lite syrup
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation Instructions:
1. Cut banana in half the long way.
2. Cut each banana half in half.
3. Put 2 banana pieces in one bowl and 2 pieces in another
bowl.
4. Put 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt between banana pieces. Repeat for
second bowl.
5. Top yogurt with 1/4 cup of fruit cocktail and sprinkle with 1
Tbsp. raisins. repeat
for second bowl.
Note:
Substitute fatfree cottagecheese for vanilla yogurt if you prefer.
