Muffins (Makes 20
servings)
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup raisins or chopped berries
Preparation Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together
- Beat in the milk and egg until smooth
- Mix in the fruit
- Place in buttered and floured muffin tins
- Bake for 25 minutes
