To print the newsletters in black and white follow these steps:

1. Open a newsletter from the web or Microsoft Word.
2. Select 'File', 'Print...'
3. There should be a 'Properties' button for your printer.  Click this.
4. Find the 'Color' section/tab and choose the 'Manual' and 'Print in Grayscale' options.
