Leadership and professional development, program development,
visibility and reporting, human relations, time management, plan of
work development and evaluation, and working with advisory councils,
coalitions and partnerships.
Also,
Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and the Oklahoma
Nutrition Education (ONE) Program. Both programs provide nutrition
education to limited income families/households and are designed to coach
for behavior change.
